Please contact us with your application, operating voltage, required power or thrust, installation space, and expected quantity. Our team will help you identify a suitable product. Customers are responsible for confirming final compatibility before ordering.
Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer for customized products, large orders, or products requiring additional confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery

Express shipping by DHL, UPS, or a similar carrier normally takes approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch. Registered mail normally takes approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local carrier conditions.
Returns & Refunds

Please contact support@maxyond.com before returning any product. Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
