Document Version: V1.0 Applicable Model: Industrial Multi-Rotor Drone Series Release Date: 2026

1. General Introduction

This manual provides complete guidelines for setup, operation, flight safety, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting of the industrial multi-rotor drone. The product is designed for industrial scenarios including power inspection, aerial mapping, security patrol, environmental monitoring, and emergency rescue.
This document shall be reserved for future reference by professional operators and maintenance personnel.

2. Safety Precautions

  • Professional Operation Only: Pilots must receive professional training and comply with local UAV flight regulations.
  • No Flight in Restricted Areas: Do not fly near airports, military zones, crowds, high-voltage towers, and no-fly zones.
  • Weather Limitations: Stop flight in heavy rain, fog, thunderstorm, wind speed above level 6, and extreme low/high temperature.
  • Battery Safety: Use official batteries only. Avoid overcharging, over-discharging, extrusion, and high-temperature storage.
  • Pre-Flight Inspection Mandatory: Always complete full inspection before every takeoff to avoid component failure and flight crash.
  • No Modification: Unauthorized hardware modification or firmware flashing will void warranty and cause safety risks.

  • Waypoint Mission Mode: Automatic route flight for fixed-line inspection and large-area mapping
  • Return-to-Home Mode: One-key automatic return and landing

6. Daily Maintenance

6.1 After Each Flight

  • Clean dust, water droplets and stains on airframe, propellers and gimbal
  • Check propeller wear and deformation
  • Check battery cycle count and surface damage
  • Turn off power in sequence and store equipment properly

6.2 Regular Maintenance

  • Regularly check motor shaft clearance and bearing condition
  • Update official firmware to ensure system stability
  • Calibrate compass and horizontal sensor monthly
  • Replace aging propellers and worn parts regularly

6.3 Battery Maintenance

  • Store battery at 50%–60% power for long-term storage
  • Avoid high-temperature exposure and humid environment
  • Do not squeeze, pierce or disassemble the battery

7. Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting

Fault Phenomenon
Possible Cause
Solution
Drone jitters during hovering
Propeller deformation / motor imbalance
Replace propellers and recalibrate
Weak GPS signal
Blocked environment / compass interference
Move to open area and recalibrate compass
Short flight time
Battery aging or high-load operation
Replace battery or reduce payload weight
Remote signal disconnection
Long distance or signal interference
Fly back to open area and reduce flight radius
Automatic return triggered frequently
Low power / abnormal sensor data
Check battery status and system parameters
